Easter, Christmas and Wedding Blessings No special technique is required for this unique, fun project using an ordinary glass tile, lighted up with LED fairy lights, a few beautiful freestanding lace embroidery motifs, embellished with organza flowers and ribbons. Extra designs as single elements such as the flowers, leaves, banners and blank parts are supplied to create your own special project. All the motifs are inter-changeable and the tile is ready for another special occasion from Easter, Christmas or a wedding. These can also be stitched as normal embroidery on fabric as corners on pillows, runners or they make beautiful greeting cards. Smallest hoop required – 5x7”. Includes PDF document with full step-by-step instructions. Buy a plain glass tiles with a drilled hole from a craft shop, online or from a building supplier, bathroom and tile shop and drill the hole yourself. 14/03/2018

Flower motifs are supplied to decorate your project ie. a lighted tile, card or pillow. Once it is complete handsew freestanding organza flowers, ribbons and a pretty dangling charm for your special occasion onto the project.

A frosted coated tile for the Christmas scene. As this has an opaque look so no tulle stuffing is needed. Insert and spread the lights and that is all you will need for the lights to sparkle through. Embellish with the organza poinsettia designs - LMO1046 (leaves) and poinsettias (1047) Optional; use multi colored LED lights for the Christmas scene.

My collections are mostly projects based which include unique techniques and require special needles, attachments, feet, specialized fabrics, yarns and threads, tapes, pins, stabilizers, temporary spray adhesives, zippers, rhinestones as well as in-the –hoop projects, soft toys (layers of heavy and or stretch fabric with stuffed parts) in different hoop sizes which require special attention. Please read all the warnings for this and HEED all the safety tips and messages. Never enlarge, reduce, change the sewing order, or use a part of design to create your own as this cause problems and the quality of the design. Remove pins, tapes, slow down the machine and always keep your hands out of the embroidery area. These designs are sold for domestic embroidery machines and NOT for industrial embroidery machines. Industrial embroiderers must FIRST obtain permission from Louisa Meyer of Louisa Meyer Originals© BEFORE making purchase for mass production. (This may be subject to royalties for retail) You are welcome to sell your projects at flea markets but do not mass produce any. This is designed for a domestic embroidery machine and will overheat. Always oil and clean your machine, especially fluff and thread bits from the bobbin area, thread cutter and auto threader after using any of special techniques and products mentioned above. Refer to your own machine’s manual to use attachments properly and have it serviced as required. Test the sample design if supplied. Enjoy making these projects.
