Victorian inspired peek-a-boo, pop-up Leprechaun puppet for St. Patrick’s Day, partially made in the hoop. The upper puppet part with the body (jacket) and head is made in one hooping. The lower three, 5x7 inch cone parts are assembled on the sewing machine and then sewn by hand to the body of the Leprechaun. The cone designs are also available for the larger hoops in one hooping and joined with only a center back seam. A dowel stick pushes the toy up and down and is sewn by hand to the inside of the Leprechaun’s head. Lots of extras to embellish the toy. Finished size: 13½" (34cm) Cone size ~ Leprechaun inside the cone 8" (20cm). Full length with dowel stick not included 05/03/2020


The pop-up toy consists of an upper soft Leprechaun body(Jacket) that jumps up and down and the lower stiff cone as a base.

(This may be subject to royalties for retail) You are welcome to sell your projects at flea markets but do not mass produce any. This is designed for a domestic embroidery machine and will overheat. Always oil and clean your machine, especially fluff and thread bits from the bobbin area, thread cutter and auto threader after using any of special techniques and products mentioned above. Refer to your own machine’s manual to use attachments properly and have it serviced as required. Test the sample design if supplied. Enjoy making these projects.
